Scope of Work

IT infrastructure Consultation is provided for any Datacenter related or Administration related or for the IT staffing related issues. We will also maintain complete Data centers on contract basis including electrical and airconditioning. We also provide contract basis technical staffing and full time technical staffing for the required IT administration division to the companies

We care our clients for IT operations by ensuring its reliability without any blackouts and will make sure the balanced approach being followed. So that the operation will not be interrupted by any means. We manage data of our clients at their data center with full reliability and recoverability. We also manage the whole data center operations for various IT department administration like Operating system, Backup, Data storage, Networks, Database, Email management and etc.

Level 1 : Monitoring and Operations Support

Operating System:

Provide 24/7 365 days support for monitoring of operating system's health, monitoring any performance related issues and basic operation support, coordinating with other application teams, service vendors and helping them in accessing the data center and the systems. Logging information’s for accessing the system and the data center by other team members. Also monitor room temperature, UPS output, and any electrical environment issues, if required it will be escalated to the appropriate teams.

Data backup

Working on daily backup schedule, rerunning the failed backups, tape management, tape rotation, performance monitoring and checking up the health of all backup environment for 24/7 365 days.

Network

Monitoring network structure, ports, switch status, router status, T1 line status, F5 load balancer status and recording calls if there is any network related issues from the user, or if any performance issue then escalating to the level 2 team.

Database

Making sure all the databases and connectivity with their applications are normal and looking for the database and their log space are maintained at their set threshold level. Looking for any performance issue, if there is any issue which needs additional support then escalate to level2 to team.

Storage

Monitoring the status of all the SAN storage devices and switches. Check for any user or application team compliant which is related to storage units, escalate it if there is any issues with the SAN ports or to the storage devices.

Email

Monitor all the mail server status and mail load, if there is any user complaints escalate the issue to the level 2 team.







Level 2 : Administrations and Engineering Support

Operating System:

Building new servers, put them in the network and installing applications, handing over to the application team, fixing performance issues by setting up all tuning parameter to the set level, helping other teams for fixing the server OS issues and providing support for those servers by 24/7 basis 365 days.

Data backup

Building new backup servers, defining all backup definitions, configuring servers, client backups, setting up the schedules, manage backup resources, fixing any backup performance issues and giving support to the backup environment for 24/7 365 days.

Network

Responsible for all the network related issues, fixing performance issues and making sure network back bone working normally with out any break down to the computer environment, configuring all networking devices and putting them in place such a way that they are working normally.

Database

Building database according to the requirement from the application team, Creating, changing, configuring and deleting databases, connecting database to the application. Fixing the performance issues or any connectivity issues, setting up all performance parameters to the set level and providing support for any database issues for 24/7 365 days.

Storage

Design storage allocation for the application team, configure and install and carve storage units and assign to the servers, unassign the spaces from decommissioned servers. Fix all storage and SAN related issues and do the storage maintenance periodically.

Email

Install and configure mail servers. Work on user related mail issues and server related issues. If there is any issue with the system or storage or network then coordinate with them to fix the issue.




Level 3 : Administration and Architect Support

Operating System

Designing solutions by discussing with the management, vendor, and users. Taking inputs from various sources and providing technical information about the data center and about existing system’s capacity to the management, recommendation of adding new capacity in case required for the applications. Handling escalations from the management and the technical team and provide them smooth solutions to the issues.

Data backup

Analyzing the backup environment, estimating the future backup expectations and designing the data backup architecture and giving recommendation to the management according to the need of the data center. Handling escalations from the management and the technical team and provide them smooth solutions to the issues.

Network

Designing clean network back bone architecture with future expandability. Working with the management in taking key decision on choosing the network devices. Handling escalations from the management and the technical team and provide them smooth solutions to the issues.

Database

This team is responsible in calculating and estimating the future growth of the databases and informing to the management and designing the data base architecture, work with complicated performance issues and any escalations from database engineering team.

Storage

Find any new requirement for the additional storage from the application team, find the suitable storage unit, work with the management, vendors and find suitable place in the data center. Work on storage architecture and take care of any new storage units need to be commissioned. Fixing escalated issues from level 2 team.

Email

Design the whole email infrastructure and work for the future requirement in terms of processing speed, network speed and storage size. Work with vendors and fix any escalated long pending problems from the level 2 team.
